Return & Refund Policy – Arif Pharma

At Arif Pharma, we are committed to providing high-quality pharmaceutical and healthcare products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Policy

All products sold by Arif Pharma fall under the healthcare and personal-use category.

No return or exchange will be accepted once the product packaging is opened or the seal is broken, under any circumstances.

Returns will not be accepted if the order is refused by the customer or if incorrect address/phone details are provided by the customer.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged

The wrong product has been delivered

The product is near expiry at the time of delivery

Conditions:

The customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

An unboxing video or clear photos are mandatory as proof

Claims without proper evidence will not be accepted

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after return approval

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

Refunds will be made using the original payment method (UPI / Bank / Wallet)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer only

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable

If the return is approved due to an error from Arif Pharma (damaged or wrong product), the return shipping cost will be borne by Arif Pharma

Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from purchases made on Arif Pharma shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Amroha District Court, Uttar Pradesh, India

This policy is governed by applicable Indian laws
