Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders are dispatched only after successful order verification.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver products across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout.
Any additional charges such as COD fees will be informed in advance.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on selected locations and products.
Arif Pharma reserves the right to accept or reject COD orders based on internal verification.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept delivery, Arif Pharma will not be responsible for reshipping or refund.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged, please do not accept the delivery or inform us within 24 hours with proper photo/video proof.
Claims without proof will not be accepted.
Important Notes
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Delivery delays caused by courier partners are beyond Arif Pharma’s control.
